One of my weaknesses are soft chocolate chip cookies. It’s simply an added bonus if they’re warm. But as we all know, making an entire batch of chocolate chip cookies is just dangerous. Because there’s no way you can eat just one or two and while you want to share them (aka get them out of the house), you selfishly don’t want to because they’re THAT yummy! So, let me introduce you to possibly one of the most amazing Pinterest Finds yet… the single serving homemade chocolate chip cookie. You’re welcome.
I made these for the second time yesterday and the ONLY change I might recommend is dividing the batter into 4 cookies instead of just two. The two cookies are HUGE so if you’re up for a HUGE cookie, please indulge! But if you’re wanting to share (with someone who is present at the time of baking) then it still makes 4 decently sized cookies. The other thing I changed – which made these “healthy cookies” – was to use dark chocolate chips. Again, you’re welcome.
I ate them too fast yesterday to take my own photo, but they actually looked really similar to the screenshot I posted below. Check out the Pin here and let me know how your batch turns out (because really… you don’t have much of an excuse to NOT make these today!).
